Think you might have supplied the medium duty not the heavy duty as required. We wanted BB96494 and not BB10789. RHP numbers indistinguishable from each other, so confusing. Not enough data here about our order to see which bearing was ordered and supplied. Price seems to indicate that we got the wrong one. This bearing now sent on and difficult to check identity e.g. from overall length, 160.5mm being the size of the one we wanted. Something needs to be done to identify these two bearings separately. My Apologies -pillow blocks are NP1 (normal duty) and MP1 (heavy duty) which I overlooked.
