Gates Polyflex 11M PU V-belts are high-performance polyurethane transmission belts designed for demanding industrial applications requiring compact drives and high speeds. With a nominal top width of 11mm and height of 6.85mm, these belts are available in lengths ranging from 710mm to 2300mm. The innovative polyurethane construction offers superior resistance to heat, chemicals and oil while providing excellent fatigue and wear resistance. Perfect for machine tools, milling machines, lathes, woodworking equipment and other applications requiring smooth operation in limited spaces, these belts feature a ribbed top design for lateral rigidity and a 60-degree angle for optimal load distribution. The seamless cast construction ensures uniform performance and minimal vibration, making them ideal for high-precision power transmission needs.
