HRC couplings are 3-part taper lock couplings used for transmitting torque and accommodating misalignment between shafts. The HRC coupling range consists of coupling half bodies and flexible spider insert elements. We stock sizes from 70mm to 280mm suitable for torques from 31Nm to 3150Nm. Coupling half bodies have tapered bores to accept bushes for installation. Flexible inserts come in rubber or fire-resistant types. HRC couplings are used widely in industrial power transmission applications, including motors, pumps, compressors, and more. Leading brands include Medway and Dunlop.
