These high-performance belts are uniquely certified to meet ISO 9563 standards throughout their entire service life, featuring a patented static-conductive jacket that safely transfers electricity to carbon tensile cords. Available in various sizes with pitch lengths from 640mm to 4480mm, widths from 12mm to 62mm, and tooth counts ranging from 80 to 560, these belts incorporate robust construction elements including chemically resistant polyurethane compounds, carbon fiber reinforcement, and wear-resistant nylon fabric facing. Their curvilinear tooth profile ensures optimal stress distribution, making them ideal for demanding industrial power transmission applications where both safety and performance are paramount.
