Gates Polyflex® 5M PU V Belts are high-performance power transmission belts designed for demanding industrial applications requiring compact drives and high-speed ratios. Manufactured with a specialised polyurethane compound that offers superior resistance to heat, chemicals, and oil, these belts feature a 5mm top width and 3.3mm height profile. The unique construction includes a ribbed top for lateral rigidity and a 60-degree angle design that ensures optimal load distribution. Available in lengths ranging from 280mm to 1650mm, these belts are ideal for applications such as machine tools, lathe drives, woodworking equipment, metalworking machines, computer peripherals, and small blowers where smooth operation and reliability in limited spaces is essential. Each belt is precision engineered by Gates to deliver maximum power transmission efficiency while minimizing vibration.
