Poly V-belts

Welcome to our poly V-belt section, also known as micro V-belts. These types of belt have the flexibility and light weight of normal flat belts but has the grip of V-belts. This creates a high power rated special rib profile.

Construction and Features

  • Able to withstand temperatures between -30C and +60C (+80C for shorter periods)
  • Suitable for environments with a higher humidity level
  • Compact smooth running drive system with low vibration
  • Difficult drive configurations can be designed due to high flexibility
  • The high-strength member can withstand the stresses with reduced and stable elongation

    Pitch

    The pitch is the centre of one rib to the centre of the next. We can supply the following types:

  • J section: Pitch = 2.34mm
  • K section: Pitch = 3.56mm
  • L section: Pitch = 4.70mm
  • M section: Pitch = 9.40mm
