We offer a comprehensive range of Nylon 6.6 plastic rods in both natural/white and black colors, available in diameters from 4mm to 200mm and lengths from 100mm to 3000mm. Nylon 6.6 is an engineering-grade plastic known for its excellent wear resistance, high mechanical strength, and superior temperature performance compared to standard Nylon 6. Our rods are manufactured slightly oversized to allow for precise machining, with diameters up to 45mm being extruded 6.6 and larger sizes being cast 6. The material offers outstanding sliding properties, good stiffness, creep stability, and resistance to oils and chemicals, making it ideal for various industrial applications. The black variant features MoS2 lubrication for enhanced performance in mechanical applications. All rods are quality manufactured to meet demanding engineering requirements.
