DIN tube couplings are a hydraulic tube coupling system that is widely used worldwide and specified to ISO 8434-1 and DIN 2353. All the nominal pressure ratings (PN) are designed with a 4:1 safety factor. This type of coupling is leak-tight & can resist alternating bending moments pressure transients & prevent tubes from tearing out of the connection. Assembling these tube connections is a quick & straight forward process. The connection can be removed & reassembled as often as desired, which is particularly important for servicing & maintenance.
The 24 degree coupling system allows for flexible connections that absorb piping system vibration, unlike rigid permanent connections that can often tear apart.
