The NCF3006CV SKF cylindrical roller bearing is a single row, full-complement cylindrical roller bearing of NCF design, engineered to accommodate very high radial loads in combination with moderate operating speeds. With dimensions of 30mm bore x 55mm outside diameter x 19mm width, this bearing offers an excellent solution for demanding heavy-duty applications.
Full complement bearings incorporate the maximum possible number of rollers, as they are not equipped with a cage. This design significantly increases the load carrying capacity of the bearing compared to caged alternatives. The NCF design features two integral flanges on the inner ring and one flange on the outer ring, allowing the bearing to accommodate axial displacement in one direction and locate the shaft axially. A retaining ring on the outer ring holds the bearing assembly together; this ring should not be loaded axially during operation.
