SPB Section Pilot Bore Pulleys are essential components in power transmission systems, designed to work with SPB section V-belts for efficient transfer of rotational power in industrial machinery. Our range of cast iron V-pulleys are manufactured from high-quality EN-GJL-200 cast iron and feature a black phosphate finish in accordance with ISO 4183 and DIN 2211-3 standards. These pilot bore pulleys are statically balanced for peripheral speeds up to 35 m/sec, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The pilot bore design allows for easy customisation to fit specific shaft sizes using taper lock bushes. We stock a comprehensive selection of 21 SPB section pulleys with pitch circle diameters ranging from 70mm to 300mm and groove configurations from 1 to 5 grooves, catering to various load and speed requirements.
