T5 Double Sided Timing Belts feature a 5mm pitch design with teeth on both sides, making them ideal for applications requiring power transmission in multiple directions or where serpentine drive configurations are needed. We stock an extensive range of 263 Megadyne Megapower and Megapower 2 polyurethane timing belts, available in various lengths from 410mm to 1100mm and widths from 5mm to 280mm. These high-performance belts feature a grey/green thermoset polyurethane body rated at 88 ShA, offering excellent resistance to load surging and stop/start cycles, with cord options including helicoidal zinc-coated steel for high breaking load and low elongation, or Kevlar for specific application requirements. The Megapower 2 range delivers up to 30% improved performance compared to first-generation belts, making them suitable for both power transmission and precise motion control applications. An optional special coating on the belt back provides extra protection against aggressive or heavy products.
