Bearing Boys Returns Procedure

We offer a 14 day return policy for items purchased on the website. Please confirm items you wish to return with ourselves and then complete the returns form which you can download from the link immediately below. Include this returns form within the same parcel in which you are sending the goods. If you have a motor with a fault please download the Motor Return Questionnaire and send back with the motor. Depending on the fault recorded, the motor may need to go back to the manufacturer for inspection. There will be a £60.00 inspection fee which is refundable if deemed a warranty issue.

Ensure the goods are returned to us in "as new" condition. Please ensure they are well packaged with plenty of packing to avoid damage in transport. Goods need to be returned in the same outer packaging they arrived in or of similar quality and design. Do not deface or damage commerical wrapping/boxes if products are individually boxed with manufacturers packaging. Damaged, modified or used goods cannot be refunded.

Only items listed on our website are eligible for returns, so anything that is specially sourced or ordered in special quantities must be discussed prior to returning and if a return is agreed, a handling charge will apply.

The agreed refunded amount will be put back on the payment method chosen when the order was placed.

All goods returned after 14 days may not be accepted or may incurr a 25% handling/restocking charge.

What will happen in regards to delivery charges?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because you have recieve it damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charge you paid (if applicable) and pay your costs of returning it to us. Please keep proof of postage to show cost. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Where you are returning goods and there has been no error on our part, we will not be able to refund the carriage charge you paid (if applicable) or the cost of returning the goods to us.
