These metric mitre gears are supplied in pairs and are cut to the Gleason System.

  • Bore size: 15mm
  • 20° pressure angle
  • Bore tolerance H8
  • DIN 3962, 3963, 3967 grade 12
  • Shaft axes to intersect within +/- 0.025mm
  • Angular accuracy between shafts +/- 5mins
  • Mounting distance tolerance +/- 0.05mm
  • Standard tolerances, unless otherwise stated ±0.25 mm.
  • Max. recommended working temperature 90°C
