This GE220UK-2RS spherical plain bearing consists of an inner and outer ring design, where the inner ring features a convex outer surface that works in conjunction with the outer rings concave inner surface. This innovative two-piece construction delivers exceptional load-carrying capacity while allowing for misalignment compensation.

The bearing features a premium steel-on-PTFE sliding contact surface, making it maintenance-free. During the initial run-in period, PTFE particles are deposited onto the opposing surface, effectively filling any minor surface irregularities on the inner ring. This creates an optimally smooth operating surface where components mate perfectly.
