How does Bearingboys use my personal data?

The personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us will be used to process your orders, notify you about new services or special promotional programs, send you offers or information. We may contact you if we have questions about your order or to notify you of the status of an order. The personally identifiable information that we store in cookies is used to track your activity at our web site and to remember your individualised settings (such as your password, your online shopping cart, and the configuration of your Internet browser software) to make your visit more convenient and to make it unnecessary for you to re-enter such information when you make return visits to our site.

Which types of payment does Bearingboys accept?

There are several methods of payments including credit/debit card via Sage Pay, PayPal, and Google Checkout which are all secure. In addition, payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer although you will have to confirm this with Bearingboys first by calling 01603 720713. You can also place orders using a trade account which will give you 30 days credit up to an agreed amount. What are the opening times?

We are open from 8.30 am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and closed weekends & all bank holidays.

Can billing address and my delivery address be different?

Yes, you will be able to do this during the checkout process.

What is the latest order time for next day delivery?

The deadline for Next Day Delivery is 4pm, which means orders placed after 4pm will be despatched the next day. If Next Day Delivery is selected on a Friday after 4pm, your order will be despatched on the Monday. Please note that some products may have different delivery deadline times which will be stated. Also, Silverline items are not available for next day delivery.

Can I use Bearingboys securely?

Bearingboys never pass any details onto a third party and keep your details 100% private. We also ensure that you checkout in a secure environment using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This way you will never accidentally reveal any personal information on Bearingboys using an insecure connection.

What happens if I reject a parcel?

If you reject a parcel or refuse to sign for a parcel delivered by Parcelforce, you will be subject to a £5 administration charge. This is to cover the return costs.
