  • Single piece forged alloy steel top plate with an integrally forged kingpin
  • Forged fork base
  • Combination of thrust ball bearing (DIN 711) and tapered roller bearing (DIN 720) in the swivel head
  • Swivel head-play made adjustable by a slotted nut/cotter pin arrangement
  • Totally sealed swivel head with grease nipple
  • 10mm thick legs cylindrically-formed-robotically welded inside and outside
  • Polymer-painted black finish
