Product Description
TSFT30 RHP 30mm Flanged Bearing with Triple Seal Insert
TSFT 2 bolt flanged bearing unit complete with triple seal bearing insert. The cast iron housing includes a grease nipple for re-lubrication. The bearing insert has two grub screws for tightening against the shaft once fitted.
Made up of MSFT1/SFT4CAS Housing and T1030-30G Insert.
Triple lip seal RHP bearings are recommended for applications with a high degree of contamination. It consists of a one-piece moulded nitrile seal with three sealing lips, bonded to a protective steel outer pressing which is strongly secured in the outer ring making a highly efficient sealing arrangement. It is not recommended for high speeds.
The inserts can be removed allowing you to replace with a new insert once required which can be ordered separately.

Pay RHP premium and they pay for them selves. We have tried all brands and the RHP tripple seal out last all others. We pay more per bearing but the breakdown occurrence is far less often and machine availability is higher.
