To return a product within 30 days from Delivery, Please complete the attached form & return with your goods:

We accept returns provided the goods and their packaging are received back to us within 30 days.
Ensure the goods are returned to us in "as new" condition unless faulty. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.
The agreed refunded amount will be put back on the payment method chosen when the order was placed.
All goods returned after 30 days may not be excepted or may incurr a 25% handling / Restocking charge,
Will my shipping cost be refunded?
For returns: Your oringinal shipping cost will only be refunded if Bearingboys is at fault e.g. by supplying a faulty or the wrong item. You will also be credited for the amount it costs you to post the item back, juse enclose a receipt of your postage cost. However, if the buyer is at fault we will not refund shipping costs.
For exchanges: If Bearingboys is at fault you will only have to pay for your original shipping cost. We will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us and will pay for the item to be resent back to you. However, if the buyer is at fault, we will not refund any shipping costs.
