Nylon 6 Sheet 500 x 500 x 60mm (Blue - Heat Stabilized)
Cast 6 blue Nylon sheet is an amazing wear and abrasion resistant material and is great for machining purposes. As it is heat stablized, it helps to reduce the distortion caused by the stress of maching. In general, this plastic sheet has high mechanical strength and good sliding properties. It is also stiff, has good creep stability and is resistant to various oils and chemicals.
Our plastic manufacturers make engineering plastic sheets that are somewhat oversized in thickness. This is provided to help customers to produce very accurate items within the size shown and remove any minor surface imperfection.
