Nylon 6 Blue Rod (Heat Stabilized) 100mm dia x 1000mm
Cast 6 blue Nylon rod is an excellent wear and abrasion resistant material that is practically designed for machining; and as it is heat stablized, it helps to lessen the stress distortion caused by machining. Our plastic Nylon rod also has a high mechanical strength and good sliding properties. It is stiff, has good creep stability and is resistant to many oils and chemicals.
Our manufacturers produce engineering plastics that are slightly oversized in either diameter and/or thickness. This is provided to assist customers to produce very accurate items within the size shown and remove any minor surface imperfection. See help article for further information.
