Nylon 6.6 plastic sheet is an amazing wear and abrasion resistant material. It is well suited to machining and has high mechanical strength, as well as good sliding properties. Another advantages of Nylon sheet include: stiffness, good creep stability and resistant to many oils and chemicals. Our black Nylon sheet has MOS2 which is a very effective graphite type self lubricant.
Our plastic manufacturers produce engineering plastics that are slightly oversized in thickness, in order to assist customers to produce accurate items within the size shown. This means you can remove any minor surface imperfection. See help article for further information.
