Igus Iglidur® G Flange Bearings - Metric
The widest range of differing requirements are fulfilled by iglidur® G bearings. That is why this material is rightly termed universal.
Recommended are applications with medium to high loads, medium surface speeds and moderate temperatures.
Dimension according to ISO 3547-1 and special dimensions
Recommended tolerance for the installation:
- Housing bore H7
- Shaft h9
When to use iglidur® G bearings?
- When I need an economical all-round bearing
- For extremely high loads
- For low to medium surface speeds
- When the bearing should suit different shafts
- For simple pivoting and rotating movements
- When the bearing should perform extremely multi-sided functions
- For dry operation
- When the bearing should be insensitive to dirt
- For strong vibrations
When not to use them?
- When machining of the wall area is required
- When extremely high wear resistance is required
- When constant temperatures of more than 130°C are present
